SHIPPING & ORDER POLICY
■ All orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
In the event that certain items cannot be fulfilled due to issues such as stock shortages or product defects, the amount corresponding to the unavailable item(s) will be cancelled from the original credit card payment for RETAIL PURCHASES only.
For WHOLESALE ORDERS, a credit note equivalent to the unavailable amount will be issued, which may be applied toward shipping costs or future orders.
■ For in-stock items, orders are typically shipped within 5 business days from the date of payment.
■ For items currently in production but temporarily out of stock, the preparation and shipping process may take approximately 3–4 weeks.
In such cases, customers will be notified after payment confirmation regarding the estimated production and shipping schedule.
In the event that a customer wishes to cancel the order due to the extended waiting period, only the amount corresponding to the relevant item(s) will be cancelled from the original credit card payment for RETAIL PURCHASES.
For WHOLESALE ORDERS, a credit note equivalent to the relevant amount will be issued, which may be applied toward shipping costs or future orders.
■ All orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) through Korea Post and delivered by the local postal service in the destination country.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, but most orders typically arrive within approximately 1–2 weeks after shipment.
■ For countries where EMS service is unavailable, shipment can alternatively be arranged through a specialized forwarding company for that destination country.
Customers will be notified with the relevant shipping details after payment confirmation.
■ Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and volume of the purchased items.
After quality inspection and final packaging are completed, customers will be informed of the shipping cost, and the shipping fee will be charged accordingly.
